The community engagement phase for feedback on the draft City of Wanneroo Active Transport & Cycle Plan 2022/23 to 2025/26 opens this week.

The City is inviting public comment and feedback from 8 March to 5 April 2022 via our online interactive mapping tool and would love to hear from you

If you have enquiries regarding the draft plan or prefer to submit written feedback directly, please email the City's Traffic Services Team at: traffic@wanneroo.wa.gov.au

The Plan’s overall goal is to create a safe, connected and reliable active transport environment that is attractive to all potential users, with a renewed focus on all modes of Active Transport across the City, not just cycling.

It encourages active transport as a credible alternative to vehicle use for local trips of 0 - 10km, recreational trips and commuting between the home, workplaces, regional / district facilities and schools; and aims to educate the community on the resulting positive health and travel benefits.
