Student Executive

STUDENT EXECUTIVE

On Tuesday you might have noticed that the Student Executive were gone for 2 whole sessions. That is because we used the time to talk about boosting our team's confidence here at South Melbourne Park. We wrote introductions about ourselves and I learnt a lot about my team members. We also received shirts in our house colours and made keychains with our house names on them. For example, I made a keychain with Gunnawarra, the Aboringal name for Black swan. 

From this time together we made a plan to work with the preps to teach the prep what houses are,  what house they are in and to call them their traditional Aboriginal names. I was nervous at the start but by the end, I was so excited to attend our next training sessions and do work with the preps.
