How fast the term is flying!

It is exciting to think that there is only two weeks left of time at school but also quite an emotional time for me. I hope to catch up with many of you at the Production next week and also at school in the coming days. I have very much appreciated all the support from parents over the several years I have been at Sacred Heart. Not having been a classroom teacher, it can be hard to make those connections but the community at Sacred Heart has always been a welcoming and inclusive one and I thank you for that.

A big thank you also to all the students who have given in with good grace and are tying their hair back with fewer and fewer reminders. It is a small thing but following our regular routines and expectations, like correct uniform, is one way of allowing us all to recallibrate and settle back into the new normal of life at school. 

I have sent tickets home for the production. I do have a copy of which numbers so if your child has not brought them home - and they have checked their bags, pockets and tubs and lockers at school- let me know and I will re-issue your tickets. We are close to the end of the tickets and so if you do wish to get tickets for next Thursday you will need to be quick. 

Thanks for all your support. Remember you will need to bring the tickets on the night and also have proof of vaccination with you in order to be seated.  Given the number of people in the theatre, you may feel more comfortable wearing a mask inside and that is absolutely fine with us.
