In the Art Room
In Visual Art over the past two weeks, we have continued our teaching focusing on different global celebrations including, Diwali and Remembrance Day. As global citizens students have had the opportunity to combine their
Visual Art skills and techniques to create and explore the use of the elements and principles of art-making, while creating works connected to Diwali and Remembrance Day. Students in Years Prep to Six have also started creating their artwork for their very own personalised 2022 calendar which were purchased as part of our Saltwater College fundraising initiative. Students were able to use their own voice, choice and agency in choosing the work they created when exploring for this project.

Sarah Ho from 6A was selected as the winner of the competition. We are so proud of her, her talent, her hard work and her effort. We would like to extend our congratulations to Sarah, her family.
