Parents & Friends

On behalf of the Ormond Primary School Parents and Friends Association (P&F), we would like to welcome everyone to a new year at school. It certainly is exciting to be back! For those new to the school, P&F are a group of volunteer parents who run events to foster a sense of community within our school, and raise much needed funds to assist the school and benefit pupils. See the attached file for more information about what we do. Like many organisations, our planning for events in 2021 will be partially dictated by Covid restrictions. 

'Welcome Back to School Picnic' - date change and possible postponement

The proposed date for the 'Welcome Back to School Picnic' for families and pupils has been pushed out to the evening of Friday 12th March. Please note that this event may be further postponed or cancelled due to Covid restrictions. We will keep you posted! 

Class Conveners

Each year P&F help find Class Conveners (parent representatives) from each class. Class Conveners help to organise social events for parents and children within their given Year Level. They also help with the running of Year Level Facebook Groups. Finally, they assist P&F to run occasional fundraisers and school wide events.  If you are interested in becoming a Class Convener or would like to know more information please contact us at p.and.f.ormond@gmail.com.
