UPDATED - ICAS 2020

For students who have enrolled in ICAS for 2020, please be advised the dates and times are as follows.

Spelling Bee - Thursday 29th October commencing at 9:00am

Maths - Thursday 29th October commencing at 11:35am

Updated (29/10/2020)- School Photos

School Photo's are confirmed and scheduled for Friday November 6th.

Students are to wear correct full summer uniform, long hair is to be tied back and please refer to uniform policy for information regarding appropriate jewellery/watches.

Photos of all students attending school on 6th November will be taken, including sibling photos.  There is no need to register for sibling photos or return any forms or money to school before then.

Unique codes will be issued to all students on/after photo day so you can register online to view your child’s images. To register, follow the simple instructions on your child’s individualized flyer once you receive it.

When images are completed and in the webshop, all parents who have registered will be notified by SMS and email so they can then view and order photos.

To ensure you are purchasing school photos for the current year, please wait for notifications that 2020 images are ready to view before placing orders.

Updated - Secondhand School Uniforms

Have your student/s grown out of their school uniforms?

The Office is looking for good-quality second-hand donations to on-sell for a $5 donation to the school.

We appreciate any you can offer and maybe someone has the size you're now looking for.

We do have a selection of summer items available.

Please ensure your students jumpers and hats are named, if they are found we can return them to your students classroom.

Updated - After School Program - Term 4

There are still a few vacancies for the After School Program.

After school program is Government funded Program run by St. Mary’s School through Sporting Schools Program. The program runs for 1 hour after school. The children are provided with a drink and fruit. The program will be offered for 7 weeks.

Each session starts at 3.45 and finishes at 4.45 p.m. The program is supervised at all times and an outside person runs the program. Each session can only take 25 children.

This term we are offering the following: 

Both activities will be Multi Games with Brodie Humphrey from Active At School; this will be held in the Marian Centre or Oval depending on the weather. 

WEDNESDAYS - starting on 21st October for 7 WEEKS to 2nd December

THURSDAYS - starting 22nd October for 7 WEEKS to 3rd December

The children will meet Maree outside the Marian Centre straight after school and have fruit and a drink. 

Please return the form attached to the office before Monday 19th October.
