Singing & Songwriting

Violin & Cello

Marianne Rothschild is putting out a call for anyone interested in learning the violin or cello online.

These instruments can be hired through me with Covid safe measures in place for pick up and drop off. Instrument hire fee is $40 for violins and $50 for cellos. Lessons cost $26 for 20 minutes or $40 for 30 minutes. 2 x 1/2 lessons per week (same price) have proved very beneficial for younger students.

Drums & Percussion

Chris Lewis teaches drums percussion and guitar at BNWPS and has longstanding connection with the school. He teaches all styles, listening skills, technique, reading music notation, composition, improvisation and performance skills. His lessons are underpinned with a focus to developing a love of playing, listening and participating in music. Chris has a vast experience as an educator musician, composer, theatre practitioner, including numerous national and international tours and work in broad range of educational settings.

Chris is currently offering one on one remote “zoom” lessons and looks forward to resuming face to face teaching at BNWPS whenever is safe and possible.
