ADMINISTRATION MATTERS
Could all Parents/Carers please contact the school office if your child is
absent from school for the day before 10am.
This can be done by:

PICKING UP A CHILD DURING SCHOOL HOURS
Due to the current Health situation we are encouraging parents/carers to park outside the school grounds and call us when you are collecting your child. We will we call your child to the front office and sign them out on your behalf.

It is important that we have up to date contact details on hand at all times. At any stage if the following details change throughout the year could you please contact the school office at your earliest possible convenience.

SCHOOL HATS
Children are required to wear their school hats during all outside activities. Please make sure all hats are clearly labelled with your child's first and last names.
UNIFORM SHOP
Due to government restrictions we are unable to open our Uniform Shop for face to face appointments until further notice.
Richelle will still be available to take your orders by phoning on a Friday during our uniform shop hours which are 10am - 12noon. From there you will place your order and payment will be made at that time.
All orders will be packed and sent home each Friday with your child.
Alternatively, you can download the order form from our website, Skoolbag app, or your PAM account via ‘knowledge bank’. Complete the form and send it with the correct money with your child.
If sizing is an issue, you are able to send clothing back (still with tags) and it will be swapped over for you...children are unable to be called up to office to be sized for clothing anymore.

School Photos 2020 - Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School - Colac
Annual school photos have been taken.
To view the images of your child and order photos, you will need to register online.
- Go to https://order.arphotos.com.au
- Enter the 2020 image code for your child (from the personalised flyer given to all students on Photo day)
- Fill in your email and mobile details
That’s it! You’ll be notified by email/SMS when 2020 images are ready to view and purchase.
In the webshop you can view photos and customize your photo package; Choose ANY layout, ANY image plus purchase digital image downloads.
Even if you registered last year, you still need to register again this year to link your child’s images for the current year with your details.
Once registered, please wait for notification that 2020 images are online to view before making your purchase.

Stainability Victoria mobile Detox your home is coming to the Colac this is a free
and easy to use service, simply turn up on the day with your unwanted items
and they will do the rest.
Detox your home will be at the Colac Saleyards- 55 Colac Ballarat Road Colac East on Saturday 21st November at 10am to 12pm. To register for the event

Please note that paint and Fluorescent tubes (light globes), gas bottles and household batteries can be taken to Western Waste Management in Marriner Street Colac all year round so this mobile Detox your home will not accepts these items on the day.
