The Good Life with Year 8 Food Studies 

Whilst exploring seasonal produces and sustainability Year 8 have been getting their hands dirty by growing their own veggies. We will be watching this home produce grow and then use them in a recipe. Very inspiring work. 

Year 10 Café Culture

Cupcakes have been a huge hit at home for our Year 10s over the holidays. 

After we looked at processes such as creaming, melt and mix and aeration, our students got out the food dye and created little delights in the form of cupcakes. 

As well as baking we are thinking about presentation, after all we eat with our eyes.
