Careers for Young Women in Sport Forum

This Friday 16 October Victoria University is hosting a virtual forum via Zoom on Careers for Young Women in Sport.This event is designed for young women in Year 10 – 12 who have an aspiration of having a career in the sporting industry.

Speakers at the forum will include:

• Susan Alberti, AC - Business woman / Advocate for girls in sport;
• Leigh Russell - CEO, Swimming Australia;
• Dr Bridie O'Donnell - Director - Experience Economy Recovery, Victorian State Government;
• Professor Clare Hanlon - Susan Alberti Women in Sport Chair, Victoria University;
• Casey Price - Operations Manager, Melbourne Stadiums;
• Claudia Davey - VFLW Manager, Williamstown Football Club; and
• Vanessa Augustini - Bachelor of Sport Science (Human Movement)/Bachelor of Psychological Studies, Victoria University

*Note – The forum runs from 9.30am – 10.45am, during Periods 1+2, so touch base with your teacher during this time beforehand if you will be attending.
