Dear Parents

At today’s Primary Assembly the Year Six students received their leadership badges. All of the Year 6 students are leaders in the Primary school and belong to a portfolio, such as, ‘Community’, ‘Events’ and ‘Service’. We also have 12 House Captains.

Congratulations to all the Year 6 Leaders and we look forward to seeing them hard at work in their various roles around the Primary school.

Please ensure your children are in their school uniform (not sports uniform) for our Primary photos next week, Tuesday 27 February and Wednesday 28 February (see schedule below).

Envelopes for photo day have been given to each student. Please return this envelope on photo day, even if you do not intend to order the photos.

If you would like your children to be photographed as a family, please make arrangements for them to be at the Exhibition Centre between 8:00am-8:25am and from 3:15pm on Tuesday 27 February. The photographers will also be available for family photos from 8am on Wednesday 28 February.

If students have sport on Tuesday or Wednesday they can change into their sports uniform or simply bring their sneakers to school.

During this special time of Lent, our students have been talking about how to be more like Jesus and choosing some good deeds to do during Lent. I hope you enjoy reading some of our Year One Lenten promises.

Each year our Kindy children receive an olive tree sapling. We would love to see some photos of the children and their olive trees in their home gardens.
