Year 8 Immunisation Program

The Department of Health is offering parents of students in Year 8 the opportunity to have their child vaccinated against pertussis (whooping cough), tetanus, diphtheria and human papillomavirus (HPV).

The Department of Health vaccination team will be visiting the College on Monday 12 March to administer the first round of vaccines. Information packages and consent forms have been sent home with your child this week, if parents could please complete consent form and return to the College by Wednesday 28 February. Consent form and information sheet attached to download.

Please note that all students are vaccinated in school by a nursing team with expertise in immunisation.
