When my team feels supported and comfortable to respectfully speak their minds with no judgement. 

What do you love about your job?

Empowering kids to believe “Yes they can!” 

Female role model and why?

Jess McCourt- To me she is the epitome of a leader, she has found the right balance between emotional intelligence, knowledge, efficiency, realism and making positive changes for our students at DCC. 

Female who has influenced your life? 

Jess McCourt- same reason as above, as well as supporting me to believe that I too, have the capacity and tools to be a great leader as well. 

What are your hopes for the future?

That I have the courage to peruse all of my dreams.
