Violeta Rengifo-Alfonso - Year 3/4AL

Violeta recently won a Silver medal in Karate for an in-house tournament. 

She loves Karate and goes to classes three times a week and now has a Red Belt. Learning self defence is her favourite thing to do. She thinks all kids should learn about self defence. 

Karate

Karate is a Japanese martial art and it is the second most popular martial art. I got a silver medal in Karate for doing a in-house Tournament. I did the red belt kata and the white belt kata.
