Whole School House Athletics

WHEN  : Friday August 12th : Week Five

VENUE :Proclamation Park.

TRANSPORT: Students will be transported  to and from the venue on coaches. 

TIME:  9.30 am - 2.30 pm approximately. 

The House Athletics Event is BACK after two years,  Woo hoo! In the past students have said it is a highlight of their year.  Students will compete in track and field events competing for points for their house. Hopefully,  having a lot of fun on the way. Good Sportsmanship and the the attitude of ‘having a go ‘ whilst trying their Personal Best are the main aims for the day. Who will win this year?  Kenny, Jones, Ford or Cawley? 

All competitors gain points for their house. Selected students from AGE groups 9-12/13 may represent Marlborough PS at the District House Athletics Carnival on Tuesday 6th September. 

In order for this Carnival to be successful I am in need of parents to assist in the field and track events. If you are available to assist on the day please email me bronwyn.chisholm@education.vic.gov.au  or message me with the times you are available also if you have any specific qualifications, i.e. an expertise in measuring for the triple jump!
