Polly Woodside and Cooks' Cottage
Students had a wonderful time during their excursion to the Polly Woodside and Cooks’ cottage during the last week of term 2. The excursion provided the opportunity to consolidate their learning of Australian history.
The grade 3 and 4 students immersed themselves in the life of a sailor on board a 17th century ship and explored what life was like for people living in the 1800s at the amazing Cooks’ cottage in Fitzroy gardens.
