Dear Parents and Guardians,

Parent Teacher interviews have been organised for Wednesday 13th July from 1:30pm to 7:00pm. Each interview will be of 10 minutes duration. If you believe that you may require a longer interview, please see classroom teachers to organise another suitable meeting time.

SCHOOL WILL FINISH AT 3:20 P.M FOR ALL STUDENTS ON WEDNESDAY 13th JULY.

It is important that students attend this interview with their parents as it provides an opportunity for students to share and discuss their learning and set goals for their learning in the next semester.

Please indicate on the attached sheet, your time preference for interviews and return to school by no later than Friday 24th June (Last day of Term 2).

If you require an interpreter could you please indicate the language required.

Once all notes are returned to school we will advise you of your specific interview time.

We look forward to seeing you on Wednesday 13th July.
