CROSS COUNTRY DATE CHANGES
Please note, the date of the Division cross country is currently under consideration due to the developing COIVD situation. School Sport Victoria is hoping to run events on the following days:

The EMR Cross Country Championship at Yarra Valley Race Course - Date change (TBC)

This decision was made to allow Districts and Divisions more time to run their events and allow the traditional progression to the EMR level. Please note that the State Cross Country will also move to a later date to ensure it is run after all Region Cross Country Championships. NB: This State date is still to be confirmed.

DIVISION CROSS COUNTRY - Postponed - (TBC)
Good luck to our Division Cross Country team if they compete on Wednesday 16th June at the Yarra Glen Racecourse. We have not been notified if emergency runners are required. Athletes are to refer to the notice given to them at the District event for all other details - don't forget your race number. Race tops will need to be collected from school on Friday 11 June or on the morning of race day. Please note, Mrs Pumpa is seeking a date change for our Grade 3/4 runners due to the McClelland Statue excursion. Stay posted.

WHOLE SCHOOL SPORT DATES
- Thursday 5th August - Whole School House Athletics Carnival at Proclamation Park. All students from Foundation to Grade 6 will be involved in this event. Parent helpers needed for this event.
- Thursday 12th August – back up day for whole school House Athletics Carnival
- Monday 8th November to Friday 12th November - Whole School Swimming Program at Aquanation. Students will be transported by bus and supervised by Mullum teachers.
OTHER SPORT DATES IN 2021
- Tuesday 16th June (TBC) – Division Cross Country at Yarra Glen Racecourse. For qualifying students via District XC. Parent/guardian supervision and transport required.
- Thursday 22nd July (TBC) - Eastern Metropolitan Region Cross Country at Yarra Glen Racecourse. For qualifying students via Division XC. Parent/guardian supervision and transport required.
- TBA – State Cross Country (TBC) at Bundoora Park. For qualifying students via EMR XC. Parent/guardian supervision and transport required.
- Thursday 2nd September – Warrandyte South District Athletics Carnival at Bill Sewart Aths Track. For all Grade 5/6 students plus qualifying Grade 4 students via House Aths carnival. All students will be transported by bus and supervised by Mullum teachers. Back up dates: 7th Sept, 9th Sept, 13th Sept.
- Thursday 7th October – Maroondah/Manningham Divisions Athletics Carnival at Bill Sewart Aths Track. For qualifying students via District Aths carnival. Parent/guardian transport and supervision required.
- Thursday 21st October - Eastern Metropolitan Athletics Carnival for qualifying students via the Division Aths carnival. Parent/guardian transport and supervision required.
- Thursday 11th November – State Athletics Carnival at Lakeside for qualifying students via EMR competition. Parent/guardian transport and supervision required.
