Junior School Concert - NEXT TUESDAY 18 MAY!
Just a reminder that our Junior School Concert is NEXT TUESDAY 18 MAY!
Our F-2 families would have received an email regarding tickets and Covid guidelines for our Junior School Concert! If you haven't purchased tickets yet there are still a few left.
The cost of tickets are as follows:
ADULT: $30
CHILD: $20
FAMILY (can include 3 or 4 adults): $90
Prices have been set to cover all of the costs associated with undertaking a concert of this scale. *Note that the cost of parking is included in the ticket price
As per usual, we are using the internet-ticketing site, 'Try Booking' and the direct link for purchasing tickets is: https://www.trybooking.com/BQUOU
Please remember to have either a printed or digital copy of your ticket with you on the night.
Junior School Concert - Rehearsal Permission
If you haven't already, please log into the Parent Portal to authorise permission for the '2021 JUNIOR SCHOOL CONCERT - Besen Centre Rehearsal - 18 May 2021' by Friday 14 May (tomorrow).
Junior School Concert - Final reminders and costumes
Parents will receive a final reminder notice tomorrow via email and students in our Foundation, Grade 1/2 and Grade 3 Junior Choir members will be provided with a costume pack to take home with them. Students will need to wear this costume to and from the Besen Centre on the evening of the concert. Please read the notice sent and the instructions provided in the costume pack as they will tell you about washing and returning the costumes.
Assembly Guest Performers 2021
Are you a musician currently at a Grade 4 musical level or above? Are you a keen performer who would like to show case your musical talents? Come and visit Miss Poor to put your name down for a performance spot at one of our upcoming assemblies.

Production - Grade 5/6 Costume Measurements
All Grade 5/6 Parents received an email from us on Friday 12 February about providing initial measurements for their child. If you have not yet filled in the Google Form (link provided in email), please click on the link below and complete the form:
Production Parent Helpers
5/6 families would have received an email from me early in Term 1 asking for parent assistance with set building, painting, sewing, sourcing props. Unfortunately we have only a handful of families respond to this email and we are hoping that we can recruit a few more to assist us, especially with prop creation, simple set construction and painting.

If there are any families in our community who have any ROLLS OF FABRIC they would like to donate to our costume room, please let Miss Poor know via email.
