VISUAL COMMUNICATION
MR JEREMY WOOD - CURRICULUM LEADER ARTS
The future is looking bright in Visual Communication.
Students new to Vis Comm began this course with very limited knowledge in technical drawing, rendering to show surface qualities and form and/or experience using digital applications such as Adobe Illustrator to create vector drawings. In our first area of study, students were required to respond to a brief and design a pencil sharpener in the shape of a Monopoly house or hotel. The following is a sample from their folio pages, technical drawings and final presentations. I trust you will be just as impressed as I was.
