Good news for young achiever with big ideas
She may be young, but 16-year-old Lucy Skelton of Kew has big ideas about how to tackle tough world issues.
Last year she launched the Student Voice Network, an organization where passionate students like her can collaborate and talk about the major problems facing the world and make their voices heard.
Within a year, the network has grown to include more than 100 school and university students, and it has partnered with companies and sought out mentors in professional fields to provide specialist advice on world issues.
Lucy has been nominated for a Seven News Young Achiever Award, with winners in each of the awards’ 11 categories to be announced in May.
