Voice for Change

Congratulations to students who participated in the Voice for Change music program. Voice for Change is an exciting community-focused music program giving students a rare opportunity to get up close and personal with some of Australia’s leading music industry specialists and artists. Students worked with a range of hip hop and  music personalities where they learned about the music industry and how to write a hip hop track or two with the best. Some of our students may also be given the opportunity to record with industry professionals over the holiday break. To see the local newspaper story about Voice for Change, click here.

Interact

Congratulations to our Interact Club who this week ran a fundraising BBQ to support Brimbank Councillor Kim Truong and her charity Kim’s Foundation of Hope. This charity supports sick children overseas to get much needed medical treatment. The Interact students are also running a food drive (see picture below) to help people doing it tough over the holidays. If you are able to make a donation of food or personal care products it would be greatly appreciated. All donations can be dropped off at the College.
