Year 6 Aquatics Excursion

In week 7, our Year 6 students went to the West Lakes Aquatics Centre for their annual aquatics excursion. Students learnt about water and beach safety, planning for a trip and how to base their activities around the weather. They also had the chance to go surfing, canoeing, kayaking and sailing. 

Although the weather was a bit cold and windy, all students appeared to thoroughly enjoy themselves, come away with big smiles on their faces, and represented our school very well! Thank you to our Year 5/6 team for making this excursion a success and to Angus, Kate & Courtney for their support on the day.
