Headspace Greensborough/Plenty Valley

Hayley and Risha from Headspace set up a resource stand on 4th October at lunchtime to inform students about services they provide.

VCAL students supported Headspace and Wellbeing staff at Epping Secondary College to raise awareness about the importance of looking after your mental health and wellbeing.

Students were handed brochures and were given the chance to win prizes such as sunglasses, stress balls, pens, and wristbands. Students spun the Spinning Wheel and where it stopped determined the prize. Many students visited the stand and spoke to Hayley, Risha, wellbeing staff and VCAL students.

Headspace operates at Plenty Valley from Tuesday to Thursday each week.

The address is: Youth Services, Shop MM1, Westfield Plenty Valley inside EDGE, 415 McDonalds Rd, Mill Park VIC 3082.
