Thank you to all those parents/carers who have already paid for the Melbourne Camp in full or who have set up a payment plan with the office.  We would like to remind parents that the total cost of the camp is $370 and this must be paid one week before departure in order for students to attend.

No Hats No Play

From week 2 Term 4, all primary students are required to wear a hat out in the yard at recess and lunch times.  The school policy is 'No Hat No Play'.  Students without a hat will need to sit in the designated shaded areas.   If you need to purchase a hat for your child you can do so at the school's main office.  Please clearly name your child's hat.

Naming Articles

There are a lot of jumpers in lost property that don't have names on them.  If you think your child has lost a jumper contact Heather.

Please remember it is very important to name all your children’s property clearly, especially hats and jumpers, bags, drink bottles and lunch containers.

OSHC Program

A reminder to families our OSHC program only operates until 6.00pm each school night.

Please ensure you collect  your child/ren by 6.00pm or a late fee of $1.00 per child per minute will be charged.

Your support with this is greatly appreciated.

Student Pickup from Back Gate

Due to the large number of parents who are choosing to pick up students at the Game Street gate during afternoon pick up times, it is vital that parents assist younger students to access vehicles.  There is a yard duty teacher at the gate to make sure students only leave the school grounds after their parents turn up.  To ensure the safety of all students, we strongly urge parents of younger children to leave their cars once they are parked and wait for children at the gate.  Parents can then safely escort children to their cars.

Dogs on School Grounds

If you are bringing a dog to school at pick-up or drop-off times please make sure it is on a lead and that you wait outside the gate for your child/ren.  We have students with allergies and some students that are very nervous around dogs. Thank you.

School Pick up

At the end of the school day, parents are requested to wait outside Learning Centres while classes are still operating. If parents need to speak with a teacher please contact Heather Collihole on 50252501 and a time will be arranged. The primary end of day bell is at 3:12pm.

Before School

Families please be aware that students who arrive at school before 8.40am can go to the Breakfast Club, held in the Canteen from 8.15am. Alternatively, they may sit on the seats at the back of the Green Building until 8.40am.  Students are not to play out the front of the Green Building until 8.40am when the front playground is supervised and the doors of the Green Building are opened.

Severe Food Allergies

There are students at the school with severe food allergies.  Please remind your child that their food is not to be shared.
