PARENT-TEACHER INTERVIEWS – SEMESTER 1
Thank you to all those who attended our first night of interviews onsite at BHCS. It was great to see so many faces in our classrooms!
Our second night of interviews is next Tuesday, March 21 via Zoom. A limited number of bookings are still available for this night, should you still wish to book. Please refer to the information on Flexischools or via email.
There are also a limited number of appointments available with our Careers Advisor, Rachel Whitworth, should you wish to take up this opportunity. Please note, these appointments are of 20-minutes duration, so you will need to plan other parent-teacher interview bookings accordingly.

UNIFORM CHANGEOVER
Please be reminded that at the beginning of Term 2 there will be a uniform changeover period. Parents are asked to use their discretion as to which uniform is the most suitable for their child/ren to wear during the first two weeks of Term 2.
As of Monday, 8th May ALL students will be required to wear the full winter uniform.

EASTER SERVICE - TUESDAY 4 APRIL
The school will be holding an Easter service on Tuesday, 4 April. This is a great opportunity to bring students from all sub-schools together to celebrate such an important occasion in the life of the school. Unfortunately, this is a student only event.
SCHOOL PHOTO DAY
School Photo Day (for Prep to Year 12s) will be taking place on TUESDAY, 21 MARCH, which includes all class group photos, portrait photos for individual students, and Captains’ photos for applicable students. Sibling Photo Day will take place in the same week on THURSDAY, 23 MARCH.
Kinder photos will take place the same week with the 4yo group on TUESDAY, 21 MARCH and 3yo group on WEDNESDAY, 22 MARCH. More information regarding this will be sent home to Kinder families by the Kinder Team.
Information regarding this has been emailed home to all families. The unique order forms have been distributed to students by their homeroom teacher.
We strongly encourage all families to carefully read through the information that has been provided via email and Flexischools, so that both parents/carers and students are prepared for the relevant School Photo Days.

BHCS CANTEEN
PREP – YEAR 5: The canteen is available for lunch orders on Monday, Wednesday & Fridays. Primary students (Prep - Year 5) may pre-order lunch orders via the Flexischools app only. No window service.
YEAR 6 - YEAR 12: Are welcome to order at the canteen window during recess and lunch breaks on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
TREETOPS CAFE
The Café will be running every day except Wednesday. Senior students (Year 10 -12) are able to order food from the Café during break times. Only Year 11 & 12 students may use the tables and chairs in the Café.
ARE YOU IN FLEXISCHOOLS?
Families are reminded to download and subscribe to the Flexischools app. This is the portal where day to day reminders and information is distributed to the school community. To subscribe to your child's 2023 class group, please follow the below instructions.

We would like to remind families that if your circumstances change in any way - this includes address, phone numbers, email address, custody arrangements and fee arrangements - please update your Operoo profiles and then contact the School as soon as possible. This will assist us in ensuring that any communications sent reaches you. Please feel free to email any updates
