Greater Western Region Tennis Champs

Last Wednesday 8th March three tennis teams headed down the highway to Ballarat to compete in the GWR Tennis Competition with all three winning.

Senior boys team came away with a convincing win against Mt Clear College and the Intermediate Boys and Girls teams also both won their respective matches against Ballarat High and Trinity College Colac.

As a result of these fantastic wins all teams have qualified to compete at the State Championships in Melbourne mid-May along with our Senior Girls won automatically qualified after they won their Black Range Division.

A big congratulations to all four of our talented group of athletes, four teams competing at State Level is really an amazing achievement.

Greater Western Region Swimming

Congratulations Sienna Walsgott on qualifying for the State Swimming Titles in two events.

Sienna competed in total five events at the GWR swimming carnival in Horsham on the 14th March coming away with two 1st, 2nd, 3rd and a 4th placing, an amazing effort with some of her events being close together and not giving a lot of time for a break.

Well done Sienna and have an amazing time in Melbourne at the State Champs on Friday 28th April.
