Playground

Last year the BNPS community did an outstanding job of fundraising, enough to enable us to build a new playground! We are thrilled to advise that our playground is being constructed now.

Just a reminder to please keep off the fences and keep well clear of the construction site. 🚧🦺The playground should be completed in approximately one week.  We cannot wait to see the children enjoying their new play area.

Lunch Clubs

In Week 5, our Library, Lego and Drawing Clubs recommenced for our Prep - Year 2 students. Older students who wanted to retreat from the yard, were also welcomed, and helped some younger students, or even read a book to a peer, or by themself.

Lunch Club offerings for Term 2 will be reviewed later this term.

Education Contributions

Thank you everyone for your attention to these payments. We request that parents support our Parent Payments so that we can continue all the unique resources for our students.

We appreciate what the Department funds for us, and we are thankful for what parents do to help us gain the added benefits for our students.

House Swimming & District Swimming

The House Swimming Carnival was held on Monday 27 February at GESAC for Year 4-6 students. It was a wonderful morning with much excitement from all the students.

This was followed by the District Swim Carnival on Thursday 2 March at MSAC. Congratulations to the 27 students who progressed to this level.

PLEASE LOOK AT THE P.E. PAGE FOR ALL THE RESULTS AND A LOT OF BEAUTIFUL PHOTOS OF BOTH EVENTS.

Welcome Picnic

The Parents and Friends have organised a 'Welcome Picnic' on Friday 24 March, 5-7pm on the school oval.

This will be a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with friends and welcome new families to our school. 'Bop Til You Drop' will be providing entertainment for all.

We would love to see you all there.

Kind regards

Sherril
