Lunch Time Clubs
Eliza, Sophia, Lia and Nico and Xinson from grade 6 have been running a successful and popular lunchtime club. We spoke to Xinson, Sophie and Nico about the club and their experience this week.
Xinson: “We ran an origami and arts and craft club this week and next week we will run a gymnastics club. Our first club went well but we would love for more people to attend next time.”
Sophia: “We had about 12 people attend and some of the activities they did was origami bookmarks, drawing and some games like tag, duck duck goose and night at the museum”
Nico: “It is important to have lunch time clubs so some kids who don’t have anyone to play with can have something to do and maybe make some new friends”
Sandy Chalk Fest
Thank you to all of our students and their families who attended the Sandy Chalk Fest and created this marvellous beach hut chalk drawing!
