St Patrick Day Mass
On Friday March 17, a small group of year 6 students had the privilege of attending mass at St Patrick’s cathedral to celebrate St Patrick’s Day. Students from primary and secondary school from the Melbourne Diocese attended. Mass was celebrated by Archbishop Peter Comensoli. It was an amazing experience. Mass was followed by a concert and games held in the Treasury Garden.

Mini Vinnies:
Our Mini Vinnies is a group of 25 year 6 students who are interested in social justice issues and helping others.
So far this year they have raised money for the Turkish/ Syria Earthquakes and are promoting the Easter Caritas Project Compassion giving boxes.
This week they gave up their recess/lunch times to make hand held palms to give to the parishioners who attend our weekly parish masses.
Thank you, Emma Johnson, for supplying the palms.

Holy Week Celebrations:
On Thursday April 6, all students will be participating in our annual walk to the 100 steps for our re-enactment of Holy Week.
Students can dress up as people of Jerusalem.
Please send a blanket or towel for the students to sit on.
We gather at the line up area at 9.15am.
All family and friends are welcome to join us.
