Sick Bay/First Aid

All schools have an obligation from the Department of Education to update medical forms relating to Asthma and Anaphylaxis annually.  Please ensure you update your child/ren's plans and medication to ensure we are able to fully provided the level of care you would expect for your child.

 

 

Health and wellbeing

We encourage you to read the department’s mental and wellbeing health toolkit, which offers guidance to help support your child’s mental health and wellbeing at home, and advice on working with us and seeking help if you have concerns.

Parent Payment Arrangements 2023 (School Fees) 

Thank-you for all families who have contributed or committed to contributing to our school via Parent Payment Arrangements on Compass (formally known as school fees). 

If you have not given this your attention as yet, please refer to Compass Course Confirmations/2023 School Fees to make a contribution online. Nude Food

LPPS encourages all students and staff to bring healthy, rubbish free food to school. By doing this, our school grounds can remain litter free and ensures we are not contributing to the unfortunate waste that ends up in the our rivers.

 

DUE DATES FOR ALL EVENTS

All activities that require permission forms, medical forms or payments will be advised via Compass and the noted "due date" will be a strict cut off for all students.   We need to organise excursions, incursions and sporting activities well in advance and can not accept late replies.  No exceptions. 

Buddy program

LPPS incorporate a buddy program to help support our new prep students transition to school.

We connect them with grade 5 students to help develop relationships between younger and older children. Grade 5 students can build a good relationship over a couple of years.

LPPS Swimming Carnival

Congratulations to Wattle house on their victory at our annual Swimming Carnival! What a super day - with all the usual strokes but also some awesome kickboard work, egg and spoons, kayaks and fun tube races! Tops with the team spirit Launchers!

CARER Groups. 

These groups are multi-aged and connect students from all levels of the school. Today we welcomed the new Preps and explored what it means to be a 'Curious Learner'

5/6 Camp
