Year 10 Chemistry - Flame Test Practical

Year 10 students observing the characteristic colours produced by certain metallic ions when vapourized in a flame; and to identify an unknown metallic ion by means of its flame tests. 

The students were curious and enthusiastic about the changing colours of the flames.
