ICAS Writing Medal

This week we presented Year Ten student Olivia North (Camfield) with the ICAS Writing medal. This is a significant feat as thousands of students across the country, and the world, take part in the academic testing organised through the University of New South Wales. A medal in ICAS is awarded to the student who has achieved the top score in that year level and for that subject. We congratulate Olivia on this enormous achievement. 

Year Nine STEAM class

The Year Nine STEAM class began their mini unit on Astronomy this week. They started by looking at the constellations and uncovering how people use star maps to find their way. They then created their own constellations with glow-in-the-dark stars, before testing out our mini telescope in a tent set up on the grassy knoll.
