AFTER SCHOOL PEER TUTORING CLUB IN THE LRC

For the month of November, we are encouraging our Year 7 and 8 students to come along to the Peer Tutoring Club running from 3:20 pm - 4:20 pm in the LRC.

A small group of Year 10 students, as well as a rostered staff member have volunteered to be available each session to assist students with their homework and assessments, revision strategies, show them how to put together a cheat-sheet and give general study tips.

Because of the Melbourne Cup Day holiday, the first session will be WEDNESDAY the 2nd of November, and then each Tuesday afternoon in November after that.

SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR

Starting on November the 21st until the 25th, the Scholastic Book Fair will take place in the LRC for students to come in and purchase from a range of new books and stationery and gift items. The book fair is a wonderful opportunity for adults to also purchase Christmas gifts for younger children, especially from the wonderful range of picture story books. See pictures below of some of the items that will be available.
