The Healthy Habit for the next fortnight is RELIABILITY. Reliability means that other people can depend on you to do your best and to keep your agreements.

 

Reliable people:

  • Follow through on their commitments
  • Answer for their own actions. They don’t make excuses or blame others
  • Take care of their own matters and don’t rely on adults to remind them
  • Be trustworthy
  • Always use their head, to think things through and use good judgement
  • Don’t put things off. When they have a job to do, they do it.
