Fieldwork Connections

On Friday last week, Kathy Jones from Fieldwork Connections visited from NSW to run a practical workshop in field ecology with both Year 10 Science students and Year 11 Biology students. 

With her help, students were exploring how abiotic factors such as light intensity and soil moisture affected the biotic factor of invertebrate species diversity in our school grounds. 

I would like to thank Kathy for providing the students with this opportunity, and knowledge about careers and pathways in Science.
