Christmas Boxes:

Our staff are our strength. 

We are blessed with an exceptional staff whānau. They apply our 'Parent In Place' philosophy with passion and compassion; with patience and persistence.

I am constantly humbled by their love for their children, their love and support for their colleagues, and their love and support for our community.

Saturday morning was a fine example - just one such - of this. 16 staff assembled at 6:45 am at the ASB Showgrounds in Epsom to volunteer their services packing Christmas boxes for needy families throughout New Zealand.

A number of those boxes will be delivered to families in west Auckland.

I don't have photos of all of us as we were spread through a variety of stations. The energy, enthusiasm and positivity were awesome.
