Welcome Dave Joseph.

Dave is a qualified landscape designer and Asian cook, an award-winning actor and musician, a community artist, a professional gardener and a Forest Therapy guide. 

He was performing arts specialist teacher at Brunswick South-West P. S. for four years and head trainer for children’s classes at Circus Oz for many years. 

He is passionate about permaculture and growing organic food and just as excited about cooking and eating that food!
