2A - Mr E

This week 2A have been busy learning about the history of Montmorency. We have explored the text features of information reports and applied these skills to share what we have learnt. Our study of history has extended into our Maths lessons where we have also made timelines and studied photos from the past. 

2B - Miss Bailey

Over the past two weeks, 2B have been transported all the way back to 100 years ago. We have learnt all about toys and schools of the past. This week, we challenged ourselves to create a timeline using photos of past students at Montmorency Primary. We discussed looking at the uniforms, surroundings, and colour of the photos for clues. They also had to use their teamwork skills to make sure they all agreed on their timeline order. Everyone did such a great job making their timeline and loved comparing their answers to the correct timeline. We can't wait to learn more about Montmorency's history!

2C - Mr K

In 2C we have been learning a range of writing topics over the last few weeks. Here are two wonderful examples of an Information Report and a draft of an Autobiography. The structure and content learnt in class has been remarkable.
