Camps Sports & Excursion Funding

If you are the holder of an eligible and current concession card - Centrelink Pensioner Concession OR Health Care Card OR Veterans Affairs Pensioner (Gold Card)** OR you are a Foster Parent*    Please do not forget to complete your application for Camps, sports and Excursions funding and submit with a copy of your card, if you have not already applied.  

*Foster Parents must provide a copy of the temporary care order letter from the Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS)

**Applicants must provide a copy of the Veteran Affairs Gold Card

Applications close 26th June 2020.  You can send the completed form with your child to hand into the office, or drop off into the drop box located at front of school, at any Campus. No late applications will be accepted.  Link to application:
