School Council News  

Dear Parents, 

Over this school holiday break, the school will continue with its refurbishment program.  The grade 1 classrooms will be painted and have new pin-boards installed throughout, as will the art-room/ kitchen.  The hallway and office foyer will also be painted and have pin-boards installed with room set aside to display the National Apology to the Stolen Generation from federal parliament which was unveiled earlier in the year.  Later in term four, our school values will also be displayed in the foyer once our student leaders finalise the design. 

These works further demonstrate our commitment to providing up to date and aesthetically pleasing learning environments for all of our students. These works will continue over the Christmas break where will we see further rooms and hallways updated as well as further works to our playground and outside areas. 

As always, a big thank you to the Buildings and Grounds sub-committee for their work in coordinating these improvements.
