WELLBEING

October is World Mental Health Month!

Current statistics show that 1 in 5 Australians aged 16+, and 1 in 7 Australian children aged 4-17 are affected by a mental health disorder annually. However, someone does not need to be diagnosed with a mental health disorder to experience or be affected negatively by mental health.

Our current climate, with the pandemic and other changes happening in the world, has also had an impact on both adults and children’s mental health. This makes prioritising our mental health and wellbeing more important than ever!

Please find below a calendar for October with activities you can do with your family to help you look after your mental health.
