What a Busy Term

There seems to have been a lot of things going on almost everyday.  The Year 12s have been working towards finishing their time here, some have been here 3 years and are chomping at the bit to get out into the workforce.

Last night we took them all out for a final meal together at a new venue, the Brugan.  It is a wonderful modern building with a magnificent range of meals.  The evening was enjoyed by all students and the many staff who attended.  A big thankyou to Megan and Bruce who were wonderful hosts.  Robert Pepall and Rachel Davey were the MC's for the evening and handed out some amusing awards to the staff in attendance.

End of Term

At the end of term, we asked that students assist our very hard working cleaning ladies by clearing their bench tops, stripping their beds, taking their clothes to the laundry, pulling their bed out from the wall and standing the mattress on its edge.  This gives the ladies a head start in completing their end of term clean.  The cleaning ladies keep our facilities looking amazing all the time, but like to do a thorough clean at term's end.

Drivers Licence

Just a reminder to the Year 11 students who are now getting  their licence. The College must have the signed consent form here on site PRIOR to the student driving to the College.  The forms are readily available from the front office and need to be read and understood PRIOR to signing.

When  the final Year 12 students depart next term we will reorganise the parking arrangements and set them in place for moving into 2022.

Thankyou to Staff

Can I just thank all the amazing staff who keep the residence running so very well. Grace and her group of hard working cleaners, Greg and his very talented team in the kitchen and all the wonderful Residential staff who care so much for the Residential students.

I am sure they all join me in wishing all our departing Year 12s all the very best for their future and all the other students a wonderful and relaxing term break.
