Mercedes Celebrates NAIDOC

On Monday morning the KARDA Didge group of Emmet Hodder-Ryan, Tryse Rioli and George Warmdean performed at the Mercedes College NAIDOC Week Assembly. 

The trio welcomed the guest and students in with a stirring performance. After listening to a fantastic Welcome to Country by Robyn Collard and a great talk by guest speaker Daisy Humphries, the boys wrapped up the NAIDOC assembly by performing another rendition of traditional Didgeridoo. I would like to thank Jodie Hunter and Vicki Hinks for inviting the boys to take part in the NAIDOC celebrations.
