A message from the School Council

On behalf of School Council, I’d like to wish everyone in our school community much happiness and rest over the festive season.  

Thank you all for supporting students through another tumultuous year. Your involvement in your child’s education is important and appreciated. 

Thank you too to the teachers, support staff and the leadership team for their flexibility, skill and kindness this year. It’s been a superb effort. 

As School Council president, I’d also like to sincerely thank several outgoing Council members for their valuable (and often unseen) contributions.

Therese Fitzgerald, Victoria Hodges, James Fletcher and Patricia Villella have served Council and the school community with great energy and commitment. All are leaving the CHPS community this week and we wish them the very best!

School Council plays a crucial role in our school life and in its evolution. Nominations for positions will open up early in Term 1 next year and I’d invite everyone to consider getting involved - please contact me via email if you’d like more information.
