Cafe News

We had a very busy Cafe last Friday. The Cafe was bursting with people and delicious aromas!

The Principal and Deputy Principal from St Thomas Moore in Mt Eliza visited our school and were  very impressed by our school, learning and Joey’s Cafe. We had a group of Parishioners from St Peter’s in Shoreham and many parents and grandparents enjoying a delicious meal and good company. Our main meal was sausages with sensational mashed potato and creamy mushroom sauce accompanied by seasonal vegetables and for dessert we prepared a scrumptious sticky date pudding with delightful butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice cream.

Everyone in Cafe was entertained by the year 1/2 ’s who presented conversations in Indonesian speaking fluently and confidently. Indi, Wren and Juliet sang for us in between our main course and dessert.    

Cafe will next be on Friday August 4th, ring the office to book in.
