What a great start to Term 3 Visual Arts!

The Foundation students explored primary colours and colour mixing through song, painting and when making rainbow icy pole art. 

Year 2 have been celebrating the 2023 Year of the Rabbit by creating mixed media bunny artworks and Asian inspired calligraphy painting. 

Year 6 have been exploring the work of Japanese artists Hokusai and Hiroshige of the Edo Period, and have had a go at sketching Hokusai’s ‘Great Wave Off Kanagawa’.
