Concussion awareness

If your child is diagnosed with concussion by a Doctor or in a Hospital Emergency Department, it is imperative that parents inform the College Nurse.

Parents are requested to provide the College with Medical Clearance Certificates stating when your child should ‘return to learn’ and ‘return to sport’. 

The treating Doctor should provide parent with a gradual return to sport instruction sheet to follow.
