P&C Annual General Meeting

Dear Parents and Carers,

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the P & C Association will be held at 5.30pm on Monday the 18th of March 2019, in the school staff room.

ALL positions will be vacated, allowing for new people to fill these positions. We would love for new families to be involved in our P & C, as well as our current families to continue to help in the P & C.

For nominations to be accepted, the nominee and the seconder must be financial members of the P & C Association. Members must also be currently financial to have voting rights.  Membership is $2.00 per person per year; membership should be paid prior to the AGM, but can also be paid at the school uniform shop any open day (please place your $2.00 in an envelope with your name, email address and put in box in the Office. A receipt will be provided to you at the next meeting). 

Please turn over for brief job descriptions for each position that will be available during the AGM.  If you are interested in any position, please feel welcome to attend our meeting.
