Primary

It's great to see the Primary school alive again. Students were as excited as teachers, and parents probably even more so, for onsite learning to finally return!

Primary students were straight into some wonderful hands on learning, including Ceramics for the Foundation students.

Miss Nicky managed to dodge the downpours and get the Year 1/2 students outside and engaging in the new birds in schools program. Students were observing all the bird life we're lucky to have at Lake Wallace.

Year 3/4 students got creative in their art room with Miss Brennan.

Whilst the Year 5/6 students had an exciting start to the term making fireworks!

Book Week / Book Fair

Due to the disruptions that we faced this year because of Covid we are going to celebrate Book Week during the week of November 23-27 (Week 8), this will coincide with the Book Fair that will run during this week. A day will be chosen for students to dress up as their favourite book character. We will be decorating masks, have colouring competitions and other activities during this week. More information in the next Whytalla. The Theme this Year is Curious Creatures, Wild Minds.
